I would like to express my strongest support for Robert "Bob" Sorenson as Sheriff in the upcoming election.  I was a 30 plus year resident and employee of the county from 1996 until 2016.  I worked for the Cass County Sheriff's Department for 16 years and have known Bob Sorenson even longer.  I know both candidates well and can assure you Bob is the best choice to turn the Sheriff Department into a public service agency that the county will be proud of.  Working as a Deputy Sheriff and Investigator was the best job I have had in my 60 plus years and I can assure you I did not leave that job because of poor pay.  Bob has the managerial skills to both serve the county and meet the needs of the Law Enforcement Professionals that will work for him.
